What devices/OS are supported?
Currently, devices with iOS 10.0 or Android 5.0 and above are supported. We recommend playing on mobile devices released in the last two years for the best experience.
Why can’t I install the game on my Android device?
Please check that app permissions are enabled on your device and try installing the latest APK from the official website. If you still can’t install the app, send a screenshot of the errors you encounter to askme@pinkcore.com along with your device model and Android version.
Why can’t I install the game on my iOS device?
Due to certain Apple policies, you might face difficulties installing NU: Carnival on iOS devices. If you can’t install the IPA, you can try these two methods:
– Download the APK from the EROLABS website and play on an Android emulator.
– On iOS, visit the EROLABS site in Safari and select Play Now to play the browser version.
Why do I get an error or a server full message in the browser version?
This may happen if too many players log in at the same time. If you encounter this, the best approach is to try again a little later.
What happens if I install the IPA and see ‘Game No Longer Available’?
After installing an IPA from a third-party source, app availability depends on your agreement’s validity. If the agreement expires, you won’t be able to open the app. Apple ID agreements last only 7 days; after that, you can reinstall using the same Apple ID.
